Paul McDevitt – Managing Director

Paul has considerable experience of marketing and strategic development within a variety of industries.  He has worked with numerous business leaders helping them plan and focus their businesses for a successful future.

Since establishing Business Fix Limited in June 2003 the company has worked with a large number of SME’s from a wide variety of industry sectors.

Paul is a Chartered Marketer with an MBA from University of Strathclyde Graduate Business School specialising in Collaborative Working, Change Management and Leadership Development, He also has a degree in Business Economics and an HND in Promotional and Events Management. 

Paul has written a number of articles for business magazines, trade journals and national newspapers on both marketing and strategic development.  He has also been a keynote speaker on Marketing for a wide variety of trade and professional organisations.

Brian Jukes – Director

Brian is an excellent communicator and a highly experienced facilitator who is adept at getting the best out of people who participate in BFL workshops and development programmes. 

Combining his senior management and business development experience, with the knowledge of strategic marketing and over 30 years spent in industry gives Brian a unique insight into the process of developing strategies and markets which is the bedrock of successful organisations.

Brian is a Chartered Marketer with a Post Graduate Diploma in Marketing and an HNC in Civil Engineering. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and immediate past Chairman of The Chartered Institute of Marketing Construction Industry Group Scotland.

Brian is in much demand as a key-note speaker on such subjects as “Effective Business Development”, “Improving your win ratios” and “Strategic Marketing"..
